Prior to founding ILB Group, Mark was the President of Jack Wills Asia & the Middle East and Senior Vice President – Asia for the Fossil Group. During this time, Mark also served as a Non-Executive Director, Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee of CSS Inc., a global BPO firm based in Chennai, India, backed by SAIF Partners India, Goldman Sachs and Sierra Ventures which was. CSS Inc. was sold to Partners Group in July 2013. Mark has lived in Asia since 1994 and earned both a BA and an MBA from Cornell University.

Jasmine has extensive experience in the development, implementation and operations of Digital Commerce and ERP systems. Prior to joining ILBG, Jasmine served in Senior Regional Management roles developing and implementing mission critical infrastructure for a number of large enterprises including the Fossil Group and Jack Wills.

Liz - Marketing & Ecommerce professional with a digital focus on ecommerce strategy, digital and omnichannel marketing, expert in setting up and promoting ecommerce across Asia Pacific region. Before joining ILBG, Liz worked in designer furniture and art industry in driving digital media marketing strategies aligned with appropriate best practices for the website, UX, customer engagement activities, social media and community.
Sara worked at Fossil Group and played key role in growing its regional business from 2002 to 2010. Prior to joining ILB Group, Sara, in her capacity as Regional Manager-Strategic Partnerships, was responsible to for the development and management of the franchise business in the Asia Pacific & the Middle East for the British apparel company Jack Wills.
